TAPPISAFE's CQ Database® is an online system designed to assist clients in the qualification of their vendors (contractors, suppliers, consultants, etc.). This system was created in response to feedback from customers who have used similar programs.

• Uploaded files and entered data are encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Login process follows industry-standard security protocols - OAuth2.
• Login credentials are managed by AWS Cognito: encrypted at rest and in transit, compliant with a number of security standards including PCI DSS, SOC, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, and ISO 9001.

2 - The system is easy to implement. Clients do not have to download or install software to use or update the system.

3 - Clients can use their own compliance standards or create standards using general requirements provided by the CQ Department.

4 - We employ qualified auditors to review and gather information for the client. Auditors work with vendors directly. Quick response times and turn around on vendor requests and profile reviews.

5 - Profile standards can be changed or edited easily, ensuring that our system is optimized for the client organization’s needs.

6 - Vendors and clients can quickly and easily contact a CQ Database representative for assistance.

7 - Vendors receive reminders before information and documentation expires, giving them time to update before their status is affected.
