TAPPISAFE Basic Orientation
TAPPISAFE Basic is the cornerstone of our safety training program, providing essential industry-specific safety education for workers in the pulp, paper, packaging, tissue, and converting industries.
Designed as an introductory course, TAPPISAFE Basic covers key safety topics such as hazard recognition, personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency procedures, and general safety awareness. Valid for one year, this course serves as a common prerequisite to site-specific and employee orientations, ensuring workers are well-prepared for additional training and equipped to meet safety standards from day one.
Site-Specific
This orientation is tailored to the specific safety needs of your site, using engaging learning methods like custom content, audio, and visuals. Simply provide your existing materials, and TAPPISAFE will develop an online site orientation that addresses the unique safety requirements of your location.
Process Safety Management
This orientation provides detailed coverage of site-specific process safety, focusing on OSHA compliance for managing hazardous chemicals. It addresses protective measures, physical and health hazards of chemicals, safe equipment operation, and emergency response procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Truck Driver Orientation
This customized orientation ensures each truck driver understands your facility’s procedures, safety rules, and potential hazards related to operating, loading, and unloading trucks onsite.
